Judy Schrag clears snow from her front steps Wednesday morning, Nov. 11 following Tuesday’s all-day snow that amount to around six inches in Freeman. It wasn’t the first snowfall of the fall but the biggest — and heaviest — with high moisture making it hard to push. Even though it’s cold, some melting has taken place thanks to the power of the sun and with highs returning to the 40s later this week, it would be gone sometime this weekend.
