HHM&A’S ‘FINAL FRIDAYS’ START APRIL 30

Heritage Hall Museum & Archives to introduce ‘Final Fridays’ April 30

This Friday, April 30, Heritage Hall Museum & Archives is introducing “Family-Friendly Final Fridays.” The museum will be open until 8 p.m. that evening and all children age 12 and under will be admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult. The museum plans to continue these late hours the last Friday of the month through the summer.

“We encourage families to use our museum as a place to blend fun and learning,” says Marnette (Ortman) Hofer, executive director and archivist of HHM&A. “We’ve got a special “learn about the museum” activity; each of the children who participate will be eligible for a drawing to win a $10 gift certificate to be used at the museum’s mercantile.”

Summer hours begin May 1;  the museum will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday through September.
