In a little more than a week, the Freeman Prairie Arboretum will be alive with the sights, sounds and smells of the 2021 South Dakota Chislic Festival (SDCF). Among those working closely with organizing the Saturday, July 31 event is Jay Hofer, president of the SDCF Board of Directors, who is pictured here at the arboretum.
