PHOTO OF THE DAY: EERIE START

It was an eerie start to what is expected to be an eerie day Wednesday, Dec. 15 as fog hung in the air against a pretty sunrise. High winds are expected for the area this afternoon with a threat of severe weather — including tornadoes — east and south of Sioux Falls.
