PHOTO OF THE DAY: ICE IT IS

The Freeman community wasn’t dealing with snow on Friday morning, but rather ice. As expected, moisture began falling late Thursday night and into the overnight hours and is expected to continue periodically through Friday. Snow is expected Friday afternoon and evening.

School was called off in Freeman and Menno on Friday and, because of the icy roads, Heritage Hall Museum & Archives announced it was closing Friday, as well.
