DR. BRAD ANDERSON NAMED FA HEAD OF SCHOOL

The Freeman Academy board of directors is pleased to announce Dr. Brad Anderson as the school’s next Head of School. Anderson will replaced Nathan Epp, who last year announced his decision to retire at the end of the school year.

The board-appointed search committee undertook their work last December and reviewed several well-qualified applicants. Dr. Anderson emerged as the unanimous choice of the search committee. The board of directors discussed and concurred with the search committee’s recommendation. The search committee and board were particularly impressed with Brad’s commitment to Anabaptist Christian education, his passion and vision for the school, and his desire to nurture and further cultivate relationships between the school and the broader community. 
Dr. Anderson, no stranger to the community, previously served as Academic Dean and has been a member of Freeman Academy’s teaching faculty for the past five years. He will assume Head of School duties on July 1, 2022.
