The weather was perfect for Freeman’s first ever Drive-Thru Hiring Event on Monday afternoon, Oct. 16. Sponsored by the Freeman Community Development Corporation and the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation, 21 bags featuring current employment opportunities with 23 local businesses were distributed to those who came through during the two-hour event. Additional bags will be available at Freeman’s City Hall for the remainder of this week. Pictured here is Carol J.
