FHS BOYS HOLD OFF KIMBALL/WHITE LAKE
Sophomore Tate Sorensen led the way with 15 points and eighth grader Luke Miller went for 11 as the Freeman High School boys picked up a 59-53 win over Kimball/White Lake in White Lake Monday night, Dec. 11. Senior Rocky Ammann had nine points, eight rebounds and three blocked shots for the Flyers, who trailed 8-6 in the first quarter but led the rest of the way, holding off a run by the WiLdkats in the fourth period.
The Freeman boys are now 1-1 and will travel to Canistota Thursday night.
