HUSKIES DOUBLE UP BEARCAT GIRLS 40-20

The Freeman Academy/Marion girls trailed Bridgewater-Emery 16-10 after the first period but fell behind 29-14 at the half on their way to a 40-20 loss in Marion Thursday night, Dec. 21. The Bearcats dropped to 1-5 while the Huskies improved to 2-2.

Kallie Johnson led FAM with five points while Alexa Gortmaker, Karley Luke and Estelle Waltner each added four. The Bearcats travel to Corsica-Stickney (1-3) on Friday, Dec. 29.
