Fog hanging in the air made for a frosty Saturday morning leading up to Christmas. The image, made at the corner of College and Walnut streets, shows calm before the storm — or at least a major shift in the weather pattern. Moisture in the form of rain is expected to begin later this afternoon and continue into Sunday, with snow expected later on Christmas Eve, on Christmas Day and into the work week.
