SCHOOLS CLOSED AGAIN TUESDAY

Freeman Academy, Freeman Public and Menno are closed for the second day in a row on Tuesday because of blowing snow caused by blustery conditions. While the winter storm system cleared out last night, winds intensified and have made travel in rural areas difficult. And it’s cold, with highs expected in the 20s both today and on Wednesday before a slow “warming” begins.
