Volunteers with the Friends of the Freeman Public Library — including Elizabeth Andersen (left), Colette Mutchelknaus (left of center) and Karen Pidde (center) were hard at it Friday morning preparing meals for those stopping by their Sloppy Goes on the Go fundraiser event. Serving was scheduled to take place from 11 to 1 p.m., and workers say they prepared enough food for 250 sandwiches. The meal also includes a bag of chips, brownie and bottle of water.
