PHOTO OF THE DAY: VOICES TOGETHER

Singers from the Salem and Salem-Zion Mennonite churches come together for a Sunday evening celebration of the rich choral music tradition found in the faith community. The choir of around 60 voices was under the direction of Daniel Graber, and the Sept. 8 concert was the conclusion of a weekend celebration marking the 150th anniversary of the settlement of the area northeast, east and southeast of what would become the Freeman community.
