NO WATER IN MENNO; TONIGHT’S VB GAME POSTPONED
A break in the main water line that feeds Menno from the north has resulted in no water in that city until at least the middle part of Thursday afternoon, according to Mayor Darrell Mehlhaf.
“Everybody is conserving water,” he said Thursday morning, noting that crews were on the scene working to repair the break.
Kory Foss, superintendent at Menno Public Schools, said because of it, classes have been canceled for the day, and tonight’s volleyball match between the Wolves and Freeman Public has been rescheduled for Monday, Oct. 14.
