Players, coaches and other personnel from Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy and De Smet come together at the center of the field after their postgame handshake to recite The Lord’s Prayer. It was late Thursday evening, Oct. 24 and followed the Phoenix’s 58-14 win over the Bulldogs to put them in the quarterfinals of the Class 9AA playoffs against Hill City. That game will be played at Hill City Thursday, Oct. 31 starting at 6 p.m. Mountain Time — 7 p.m. Central Time.
