PHOTO OF THE DAY: ALL IN THE FAMILY

This week’s issue of The Courier includes a story about the Ortman family pictured in their egg barn on a cold late-winter afternoon. They are, from left: Will, Sherilyn, Liam, Soloman and Christian. Will and Sherilyn, who met in college, returned to Will’s home community in 1999. The story was written by Sadaf Cassim on behalf of rural revival and titled, “Operation: Egg Farming – How a Local Farming Operation Has Adapted to Changing Times.”
