It was a full house in the Freeman Public Library meeting room Thursday night, May 22 as Seth Loufbourrow — pictured with his daughter, Claire — was the featured chef for the library’s third “Guest Chef Challenge.” Those attending watched Seth prepare and serve three appetizers using the library’s equipment: crab cucumber bites, buffalo chicken egg rolls, and pear, arugula, prosciutto wraps (drizzled with a fine aged balsamic vinegar). “Fun was had by all,” said Seth. “Apps turned out pretty good, too.” In addition to Claire, Seth’s son, Liam, and wife, Nancy, helped assist in the hour-plus event.
