Members of the Rames-Bender Post 152 of the American Legion file into the Menno City/School Auditorium late Monday morning, May 26 for the 2025 Memorial Day observance. The event designed to pay tribute to fallen service members was moved from the city cemetery to the auditorium because of wet grounds, and it featured music, the placing of the wreath by the American Legion Auxiliary, the roll call and an address by Terry Hanson, a longtime member of the American Legion out of Arlington.
