Death Notice: John C. Gering

John Charles Gering, 68, of Sioux Falls, passed away June 3 at Ava’s Hospice House in Sioux Falls. A private family burial will take place on Saturday, June 14, at 3 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 4 p.m. at the Salem Mennonite Church. A time of food and fellowship will follow in the church fellowship hall. Visitation and viewing will be Friday, June 13, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Walter’s Funeral Home in Freeman.
