This structure at the corner of Main and Fifth streets, which had served as a filling station operated by Freeman Junior College decades earlier, was the original home to Stucky’s Electric Repair when it opened in 1974. But it was too small to serve Janver Stucky’s startup business, so it was removed and replaced with the steel building that still stands at the well-traveled corner.
