Crowds at the 2025 festival were steady through the middle afternoon hours but thinned considerably as the warm evening light cascaded across the Prairie Arboretum. This was the final year that the SDCF will be called an “annual event” as it isn’t scheduled to return until 2027, when it will become an every-other-year festival.
