PHOTO OF THE DAY: MOVING DAY

David Walter, Hunter Nankivel and Tate Sorensen move a cabinet from the old shop on the west side to the Freeman Junior-Senior High School into the new steel shed that will serve the district for the first time this coming school year. The three boys were joined by other members of the Freeman High School boys basketball team Tuesday morning, Aug. 5 hired to help move items into place, including those that were removed from the music rooms so new carpet could be laid. Meanwhile, the countdown to the new school year is on; Freeman Public starts Tuesday, Aug. 19 while Freeman Academy and Menno both begin Aug. 20.
