PHOTO OF THE DAY: THE SMILES SAY IT ALL
It’s not surprising the Cody Fransen and Ty Soulek were all smiles as they served customers at the 2025 Freeman Volunteer Fire Department Firehouse Rib Cook-Off at the Swimming Pool Park Saturday, Aug. 9 — because the fundraiser is one of Freeman’s most friendly annual events. Afternoon activities led into evening fun with food, fellowship and music permitting the air on what was a beautiful summer evening.
