Menno junior Zoe Schaeffer, Freeman freshman Olivia Schultz and Freeman sophomore Alexa Nanninga are ready to roll as the girls varsity race gets underway at the Flyer Invitational Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 17. Schaeffer finished 7th in the field of 32 runners while Schultz and Nanninga crossed the line 13th and 16th. For the varsity boys, sophomores Lane McCune and Luke Miller finished 6th and 7th while eighth grader Collin Randall finished 8th.

Mitchell Christian had runners finish 1st and 2nd while Elk Point-Jefferson had runners finish 3rd and 4th.

Team scores were not tallied.
