Angele Letcher helps a customer on what was a busy Friday morning, Sept. 26 — the first day of operation for The Coffee Cafe, Freeman’s newest restaurant located north of Dollar General along Highway 81. Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. through 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The Susan Letcher family that owns the restaurant says they will be begin serving food sometime next month.
