The Menno Wolves Marching Band makes its way south of Fifth Street to begin the Menno Band Day parade Friday morning, Oct. 3. Sixteen middle school and high school marching bands from as close as Scotland to as far as Pierre took part in the annual event, which is both an exhibition and a competition scored this year by judges associated with Augustana University, South Dakota State University and the University of South Dakota.
