FHS boys finish 11th at State Golf Tournament

The Freeman Public boys finished 11th out of 19 teams at the State Golf Tournament with a two-day total of 527. Great Plains Lutheran took the Class B title with 472. Parker and Platte-Geddes tied for second with 498. 

Bailey Sage finished 28th (87-85), Tryg Aanenson was 30th (91-82), Brayden Edwards finished 68th (92-96) and Dausyn Pravecek was 77th (101-90).

Freeman High School was tied for 10th place in the team standings going into the second day of the 2018 State Golf Tournament in Watertown Tuesday, June 5. Sage was tied for 24th with an 87, Aanenson was tied for 42nd with a 91, Edwards was tied for 49th with a 92 and Pravecek was tied for 89th with a 101.

There are 114 golfers competing for the Class B boys.
