Nicholas Ivan Golder loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was born Oct. 23, 1992 to Cork and Brenda Golder. Nic was taken from us on Sept. 15, 2019 at the age of 26, as a result of an automobile accident.

Nic loved spending time with his family, friends and his dog, Libby. He was a hard worker and spent his free time watching the Oklahoma Sooners, helping his dad with outside jobs, cat fishing, going to concerts and singing karaoke.

Nic made an impact on all who met him. Even though his time here was short, he touched the lives of so many around him. He brought smiles and laughter to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed, but he will never be forgotten, as he lives on through every memory shared and story told.

Blessed for having shared his life are his parents, Cork and Brenda; his siblings, Kyle and Haley (Ryan) Tieszen; many loving aunts, uncles and cousins; his grandfather, Charles Tichy; grandmother, Joyce Tichy; and his dog, Libby.

Nic was welcomed into heaven by his grandparents, Alan and Delores Golder; and several other family members, including his great aunt, Rhonda Jarabek, who preceded him to heaven earlier the same day.

A celebration of life was held at the Bridgewater Gymnasium Friday morning, Sept. 20, with Neil Peterson officiating. Interment was at the Bridgewater City Cemetery; pallbearers were Cody Golder, Carl Nordwald, Josh Plagmann, James Van Sickle, Jalen Weber, Derek Golder, Bryce Golder, Troy Hofer, Jeb Olsen and Jerico Shape.
