Students became teachers Tuesday, May 15 at Freeman Elementary as the sixth-grade class shared science projects with their fellow elementary students for the annual Science Day. The sixth graders, appropriately dressed in white lab coats, demonstrated a variety of health-related experiments to the younger students. Here, Ava Andersen helps students use Play-Doh and a toothpick to see their pulses. The morning exercises were held in various stations in classrooms at Freeman Elementary. Students from the school’s Hutterite colony schools were invited to attend and participate.
