City closes rubble site Dec. 27

Because of the very cold temperatures, the city of Freeman has closed the rubble site west of town for Wednesday, Dec. 27. Regular rubble site hours during the winter months are from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
